Having a Lightforged be born on the Xendar seems perfectly normal to me. He could have been born 500 years ago and I think he would be considered an adult.
Because when you spend 400+ years fighting the Burning Legion, you’ll learn to grow up really quick! Hell, you do that for 20 years and you’ll grow up quick.
