The forums are a privilege, not a right. There is no free speech or freedom of expression. People seem to forget this, the forums are private property and you are subject to the whims of the landlords.
If you are consistently being shut down by the moderators, that’s it, end of discussion.
People usually come here for directions, questions about policy or help with a billing issue, sometimes a nudge in the right direction game wise. It is NOT a venue to complain as your concerns will not be heard.
As for being suspended or banned, in game or on the forums. The rule is to file an appeal. We are NOT even allowed to discuss the hows and why someone is punished.
Yep. It is an Information Desk. To help folks navigate the support system and articles, explain policies and rules, explain services, etc.
It is not a place where the customer gets what they want because they are a customer, nor a place to file a complaint about policy.
Technically. On CS they allow help with figuring out how to appeal, and explaining the basic rules. That little bit of leeway is given - but not over and over and over and over and over for the same person.
It starts to feel like the sea lion who pops up every time X topic shows up and won’t get out of the house.
Private forum. The forums are private property. You asked why your posts get flagged. You just don’t actually seem to want to hear the answers or thoughts about it. Just like you did not like the answers you got about multiboxing streamlining so spent the thread trying to argue about it and rules lawyer.
Nobody here is using any sort of language towards you. I would like to remind you that this is one of the most heavily moderated part of the forums, and trolling these forums is a one way ticket for account penalties within the forums.
There is a place for moderation feedback, within the support article which is an email.
Blizzard moderation monitors everything on the forums, from the threads that gets created to who flags a post. Just because you might disagree with something, or may not like someone replying to you, does not mean it is bullying.
Customer Support deals with current policies. For most topics if you are looking for changes to current policies you would need to post in the Community forum whose title best describes your topic. For changes to account action policies like you are suggesting, you would need to use the in-game feedback option on the Support menu. The topic itself is ot appropriate for the Community forums.
In relation to multi-boxing, Blizzard permits it but does not support it. That means they will not help you set it up or direct you on what you can and can not use to do it, other than the generalities in the Support articles.
General is the catch all for most suggestions quest related subjects go to quests pvp the pvp forum dungeons/raids to the dungeon raids forums. Just because u dont get a blue response there doesnt mean its not passed along.
