As far as I know, these no longer exist. They all died out from drama.
I have seen posts from Vrak/Orylia at 2 AM before, but those are pretty uncommon.
Well, if you know how to do it and are careful, you can technically have infinite flags under the current system.

As someone who spends 80% of my forum time interacting with the same 4-5 people, arguing over the same points. While I may not be their biggest fan, I donât think being rude is punishable behavior.
If they bothered me beyond finding them mildly annoying, I would just put them on ignore and not engage them.

also why would I they are so interesting. Like what kind of person spends so much time doing this? This mystery has me way more interested than anything else I could be doing with my phone atm.
