You need currency to get the talent points, and since you can run the visions infinitely, you can easily catch up.
However, if you’re an achievement hunter, or looking for the void cycle mount, you need some masks from Stormwind to get some achievements this week, you can still get them next week when it moves to Stormwind again tho.
So in short, no, you might need to wait for the next week in order to “complete” things, but you won’t fall behind.
