I can accept this quest, but when i get to thunder bluff, its already under attack & I cannot speak to Baine. There are two Baines standing nest to each other, neither I can interact with to complete this quest & continue with the quest chain

Same I can’t turn in the quest because Blizzard refuses to fix this known issue.
