I’ve recently returned to wow and seem to not be able to find the quest to enter on one of my alt characters. My character is lvl 80 I’ve looked for the Fire Season quest to no avail and looked near the portal to the emerald dream for any quests. I’ve entered the emerald dream on my previous main character with less done in the dragon isles. Pls help

I’m also having this issue. Any Character that didn’t have access before this recent patch now can’t find the quest giver nor a way into the Emerald Dream. Very frustrating.

I’m having the same issue and cannot find the quest giver anywhere. I’ve found conflicting information when I Google it and nothing I have tried or found helps. I have a dozen level 80 characters and several of my alts got the skip quest for access. I have not completed the campaign on the character that’s trying to gain access but, that should be irrelevant because I’ve gotten the skip for other alts where it just appeared in my bag when I tried to access the portal. I’ve looked for Shandris Feathermoon in Valdrakken, the Ancient Bough around the portal, and multiple locations in the Ohn’ahran Plains. I even did an Amirdrassil run hoping it would help. I’ve also tried progressing with the campaign quest line to see if it made any difference but it’s just a huge time sink. Apparently somehow I’m phased and can’t see them. I also had an issue with the portal appearing from Valdrakken to the Emerald Dream for my main as well but, I discovered that a separate quest line within the Emerald Dream had to be completed before it would appear so I figured that out. I’ve been playing wow since release and this quest line has to be the most confusing one I’ve ever come across. Any help would be greatly appreciated because I don’t have the time to play through the campaign on every alt that needs access to the Dream. I’m just trying to farm appearances for a druid and I’m about to give up.

I think the new player experience they recently launched cooked it. I had the Shandris quest from a while ago and was progressing through today since I finally had time, but now there are no weeklies in the hub-town within the dream… I’ve read on wowhead the only way to currently get Shandris to show up is to complete all of the prior Dragon flight story in order.
I’m also experiencing this bug.
A friend of mine was able to start the quest chain before the new update dropped, and they’ve been progressing along the questline no problem. It seems to work fine as long as you started the questline beforehand.
But I tried it just a few days later (right after the patch) and now the quest-giver in Valdrakken (Shandris) is gone.
There is a bug report started for this here - please feel free to add your issues
Every ticket I’ve submitted in-game to GMs has resulted in canned responses claiming that everything is working as intended which is clearly not the case.
Bug Report - Please contribute your issues here so we get some attention on having this fixed asap!
Necroing this thread now that Lemix is over. Ran into this exact issue on my Timerunner that’s become a standard character. Initially took the portal to Valdrakken (successfully) to pick up the breadcrumb quest from Shandris and she wasn’t there. Tried to just fly through the Emerald Dream portal and couldn’t do it. Picked up the initial Dragonflight campaign breadcrumb quest in Stormwind and there was no option to skip the campaign quest. Did the initial quests until I landed on the Waking Shores, still no skip option, still no Zaralek or Amirdrassil breadcrumb quests available. Hopefully Blizz is able to address this soon.

Necroing this to just say this is still a problem. Found a pet I wanted to tame and I can’t find Shadris anywhere.

My remix alts cannot enter the Emerald Dream. There are 3 skip aheads in Obsidian Citadel (gold dragon on top floor), Ruby Life Pools, and the Spark of Ingenuity engine in Valdrakken. Now, nothing–no way to enter Emearald Dream…

Having the same issue, but would also like to point out a lot of the mobs are scaling up to level 80 for some reason. Curious if they broke some code in Emerald Dream too when they were scaling up Forbidden Reach for the housing endeavors stuff.

I can’t even see the portal in Valdrakken on the character I used to do the original quest line back in Dragonflight. My alts can’t see the quest giver for the skip, and they just pass right through the big portal to the Emerald Dream on the island off the coast of Ohn’ahran Plains.

i am tring to do this now and i can get into the emerald dream but i cannot do the quest line which hass a Nelf recolor of heritage armor i want

I also notices the renown icon thing on the mini map does not show up. It does for shadowlands on this character but not in dragonflight

Bump. I have an alt well into the Emerald Dream, but i can’t get a Lemix character in or even the quest to show up.
@blizzard Any idea when this is going to be fixed? A major part of the game is missing because ONE quest giver is missing, I cant even find the quest givers for the start of the actual quest line to start it all from the beginning. trying to get my boomkin form from the raid!
