I completed and turned in ‘Through a Glass, Darkly’ in the Dragonwrath questline. After leaving Coldarra, my client disconnected. When I logged back in, ‘Actionable Intelligence’ was gone. The quest is not in my log, not completed, and none of the quest givers (Tarecgosa, Kalecgos, or Anachronos) offer it again.
