I’ve had the absolute worst luck imaginable just now. My guild is doing Hyjal/Black Temple rn and I deleted my quest item from Mount Hyjal to continue into Black Temple just now. The Time-Phased Phylactery. Here is a clip of it happening. I was trying to delete some green bracers I accidently rolled need on from my bags, and the quest item was deleted.
I sincerely appreciate any help with this. Thank you so much for your hard work.
Have u checked the item restoration that would be the only way to restore it.

I’ve done that, but the wait will be >24hrs likely. My guild is now 2 bosses into BT. I can’t even do BT with another run this week if I can’t get this item restored because I’m now saved to Hyjal and won’t be able to loot the item again until next week. I’m just 100% unequivocally doomed if I can’t get some help. It’s such a bad situation to be in.
Nothing can be done here over the forums. You are gonna have to wait for the ticket to be answered.
As has been stated, you will have to wait on your ticket. It’s an unfortunate situation but there are no GMs nor Devs here. Our SFAs are pretty great, but they are limited in what they can do, and they don’t have anything to do with tickets.
Have you tried logging out of the game entirely, giving it a moment to see if the ‘refresh’ of sorts will give the item time to show up on the item restore page? That’s the only thing I can think to try while you wait.
But if a mistake you made is enough to make you quit the game because there isn’t a magic flare for immediate attention (imagine too if you had been waiting your turn patiently in the queue only to have someone else butt in ahead of you and everyone else), I don’t know what to tell you.
Hopefully, it’ll either show up on your restore page or your ticket will be answered soon. I do wish you luck.
I’m sorry, Straatow, but these forums aren’t a means of circumventing the normal ticket system. A Game Master will look into your request as soon as they can but I should warn you, this is usually not something that our staff can help with.
You likely will need to kill Rage Winterchill again for the item.
Unfortunately, it’s a common item and not eligible for restoration through that feature.
