Hello 
I cannot find or pick quest the hand of fate for Legion expansion to start Argus campaign!
This is for my character Krina, 120 level, boosted from zero to hero. The general guide (wiki on wow) says NPC Khadgard should give it or should start automatically. However Khadgard only giving me Legion expansion quests - no argus to start.
Any directions? Thank you.
