IIRC, the blue areas weren’t added until WoD pre-patch. Just more retail features being added to Classic.
False. The blue circles were added during WOTLK. You can google WOTLK quest patch 3.3 and you’ll find pictures and such from 2009 that shows other pictures of it.

all that has been said about the quest help is that they DO intend to add it “at some point” does your google not work?
