I am half way through my quest chain through Mout Hyjul. I just completed the quest Aessina’s Miracle. When i returned back to turn in the quest the NPC Mamuul Tnetotem had despawned, me and several other players are unable to turn in our quests.
This happened to me too after completing the same quest. All of left side of Hyjal NPCs just vanished. I flew to right side to see if I could pick up other quests and I saw the missing NPCs on my way back. When I got close, they just disappeared again.
A Guildie helped me figure it out! The quest marker is bugged on where you go!
For those still struggling with this quest, he is back in the Grove of Aessina by the Moonpool.

That’s where he is when I fly in but he, and the other NPCs, just phase out after I fly in. Tortolla quests are also phasing out.
