Quest fyralath bug (Handling It)

i’m here at the first npc trying to take my quest to start my journey, but the book(npc) then need to gimme more quest, doesnt want apear to me… quest name is “Handling it”

same here. i just got the drop 10 minutes ago on my pally, im at the first quest giver and there is not additional quest from the book.

Same problem here. Just got the drop but The book doesn’t spawn after speaking with Eadweard. Cannot progress the quest.

Hoping this gets fixed soon. I got so excited it dropped only for me not to be able to do the quest.

Yep. A bunch of us here at the the quest giver. No journal with the quests appear.
