I logged out at Greystone Relief and I had picked up some quests that had to do with a mutiny in the area. Today when I log in, the place is infested with Honorbound horde and none of the npcs I need for my quest objectives are around.
I abandoned all the quests and the quest givers are gone, it’s just this Honorbound war going on.
Is this a thing, is this like a random BFA warzone that just pops up? Or maybe a bug? I’m not on any qu8est that says slay some Honorbound horde.
Pretty much this. They’re the BfA version of Legion’s invasions.

I don’t think I’ve unlocked “World Quests” my account yet.
I’ve only done two of the main quests. The battle at Loredron and then follow Lady Proudmoore to Kul Teris.
The BfA incursions can be done by leveling characters even though they haven’t unlocked world quests at max level yet. They’re a pretty decent alternative to questing. One incursion is about 5-6 quests and gives a character about a third of a level. After you complete the event, you get a one hour buff that grants an extra 10% xp.
