Just stumbled on this issue as well, im guessing this is a bug from the pre-patch. I was definitely trying to grind out the allied races.

Yep, same issue here. Been trying for several days. I went to the Chamber of the Heart and you can see Bronzebeard with a gray question mark. Canā€™t do anything else. It is rather ridiculous.

I noticed a few people mention that this is blocking them from unlocking some allied races. I didnā€™t play in BFA so Iā€™m not sure if this is true but I have been trying to unlock all the Black Empire stuff and I think the inability to complete this quest may be blocking me from that tooā€¦ not 100% sure. Either way, I feel for the people unable to unlock their allied races. Hopefully we can get a resolution soon.

Same thing here. I abandoned, left dungeon, went back in, re-accepted and it just moved all NPCs back to the same place they were when I abandoned with no way to advance.

Same issue on my DK. Tried abandoning the quest and resetting the instance. Then picking it up the quest again but still, there is nothing to interact with after mobs and the boss is defeated. Tried a few times over a couple of days.

Same issue. We are all in the middle of the room staring at each other.
I tried /reload, abandoning the quest, restarting the game, etcā€¦nothing works.

The problem seems to be Brann doesnā€™t break out of defensive. Heā€™s supposed to run over to the opposite console to help power the Waygate, and your character is then supposed to go to the center console to activate it.

Blizzard needs to get Brann Bronzebeard out of defensive posture.

I know I am preaching to the choir, but here goes. I took my hearthstone from the chamber back to Boralus. Then to Silithus and now I canā€™t get into the Chamber of Hearts either.

With Dragonflight coming up, I doubt Blizzard will be in a hurry to fix the problem, if ever.

Update. I just finished the entry into Nazjatar. Magni Bronzebeard gave me a quest to of back to the Chamber of Hearts. I went to Silithus and can now enter the chamber.

I still have the quest A Oney-Way Ticket to the Heart open.

Im stuck at the same point of the bug, how did you manage to get entry into Nazjatar with the bug? I cant get the quest for it

Just returning after 4 years. Trying for the ready-for-war achievement and I believe this has me stopped in my tracks. Hopefully they fix this bug before long.

Itā€™s broken for me too, prevents my from progressing Nazjatar, trying to get Pathfinder before Dragonflight drops

Having the exact same issue. Iā€™m trying to open up Mechagon and have managed to get stonewalled on this quest. Total bummer as I have a ton of blueprint quests tying up my quest logs that I want to turn in before DF drops.

Does anyone know of a way to bypass this quest and continue on to open up Mechagon?

Unfortunately we are royally screwed for Alliance unlocks until this is fixed. No telling when.
