So I have begun farming Dawn of the Infinite and gathering pieces I see they see require level 70 or below but hopping on a level 1 they say require 70 so does it have to be exactly 70?
That does seem to be the case currently. There’s no way that is intended, and I’d encourage submitting a bug report but in its current state that appears to be the way that the pieces are coded.

Bummer, was not looking forward to leveling someone to 70 just to learn these all maybe I’ll keep stockpiling and see if it changes
