Quality of life changes (win win win)

you watch your mouth

yeah at this point they HAVE to do these changes if they want to save the game but we all know they want TBC dead

If you want easy, go play retail.
If you want to EARN your way, play Classic and keep your mouth shut.
If you want easy in Classic, you don’t belong in Classic.

its all about perception ! change it !

I agree with point 2, don’t think that would affect anything. The others would be nice, but have more effect, but at this point Blizzard has done so many things to TBC that weren’t in original don’t think it would matter.

The ones that post on retail characters don’t have an opinion that matters

“The path to retail is paved with QoL changes.”

No. I enjoy classic because retail class design, dumb systems, and time-played metric focused content is dog crap.

Do you really think dual spec harms the game? More people playing more content is a BAD thing?

Sorry, but it is hard to take someone seriously when their avatar is a vulpera. They look so silly. Cringe.

You should go play that character then, like all the time.

Lol.

What company do you think you’re dealing with here?

This “retail player” has been subbed since the day this game launched and I have played every xpac and have been here for all of it.

I know know the grind and I know what making small changes can do for people that can’t play for 8 hours a day does for the player.

Spare me! you dont know JACK about this game, I have a bronze orc riding a frost wolf on my desk sent to me from Blizzard for 10 years without breaking my sub.

MIC DROP!

I’ve been here since the original beta so don’t try to swing that little door stopper.

We are in need some quality of life changes. Many more than what you’re mentioned.

  1. Yes, this is all around win for everyone. All arguments against it nonsense.
  2. Absolutely. No downsides to it.
  3. No, this nonsense. It won’t solve anything other than upsetting idiots who actually use it and then quickly discover the server they chose sucks.
  4. Yeah, but it’s obvious they have too much on their plate right now and can’t actually do anything.

There are many, many more changes that TBC is in desperate need of. Sadly, blizzazrd went for the quick cash grab instead of attempting to perfect the game.

Zero% chance

  1. Only if it comes with a huge price tag to unlock, a point you left out.
  2. No need if we have fast queues.
  3. No need if we have fast queues.
  4. Only if it comes without cross realm or teleport, a point you left out.

The QoL changes got retail to the point theyre at, but they aren’t the reason retail is so unfun. The game simply lacks any meaningful content or rewards to work towards. Since they front end all of the rewards Blizzard simply has become lazy because they have ensnared the players who will routinely play. This allows them to bolster their sub numbers with new content every 6 months which makes the stockholders think they game is doing well.

Running the game based on statistics is not fun. QoL just helps keep the players who allow that process to work.

It is also apparent that Blizzard is using this same statistics methods with TBC. They have refined the art of monetizing fun out of the game. They will release P2 right as newworld releases because that is the best time to do it - if WoW is still the unbeatable behemoth it use to be.

Now on to the QoL stuff OP is proposing. They would be nice but unfortunately Blizzard is looking for the best ways to reduce effort and maximize profit. If they release these things it’s not because it is healthy for the game.

There is high chance of the player base leaving this game ghost town dead if they don’t address things quickly. Population problems are already here.

Crazy idea: retail has all those things you asked for!
