Quality of Customer Service

?

if you accidentally vendor something, there’s no need to initiate contact and wait around for days.

self-help for options like this, is amazing customer support.

I’m talking about the fact I got contacted by actual people it’s not getting things back from vendors.

which means you needed to initiate contact and wait around.

i prefer instant service.

Difference of preference. Maybe I feel like I’m getting better service with people instead of automated services because of how my parents complained about automated service on phone calls as a kid. I certainly do not like people. I also haven’t had any kind of good ticket response in a long time for WoW but I also haven’t had a simple accidental vender sell in WoW. Guess I just need more information

i accidentally vendored something the other night, and didn’t realize for a couple of days.
it was a huge relief to be able to quickly navigate to the site and have it restored instantly, instead of finding the right category, opening a ticket, wait, wait, wait, get anxious because i’m worried that i’ll get told that i waited too long to initiate contact, only to be told that i should have contacted support sooner, sorry we can’t help.

absolutely re-evaluate things which your parents have instilled in you.

i turn 50 next month, and am still trying to re-program myself away from the things which i thought were “normal” because i didn’t know any differently.

Fortunately I’m in rdbt and doing a lot of self inquiry, it’s not fun but it’s necessary lol

I did. What you linked still doesn’t say anything about OP leaving.

It was an implied threat of “if you don’t change this particular thing to my liking, everyones going to leave so you better do it!”

I’ve never had a problem with customer service. I’ve asked for refunds, help with bugs, even made a ticket for making an error like you have. I didn’t find them rude. I don’t expect them to contact me in game and go above and beyond customer service to “fix” my problem.

If there is a mass exodus of people who want others to fix their mistake, I’m all for it.
