PVP'ers Should NOT have to do PVE For Gear!

I don’t understand why they ever moved away from PVP power/resilience. They had their solution to balancing pvp vs pve gear, Why do they always feel the need to reinvent the wheel? Even WoD’s system worked. I swear blizzard likes to just create problems just to see if they can make a new way to “fix” it.
