Idk about lvl 85. Besides mages insane burst right now, their toolkit is insane and makes playing a melee hell. A well played mage is going to be bonkers. Ferals and rigues are gonna be S teir too.
As someone that is keen to main warrior in cata things are looking bleak for pvp.
I think Kitty cleave and turbo will be pretty strong S9, might want to give those a shot at 85.
Warriors are great in Cata
Its kind of weird that rogues and mages are S++ AND get a legendary when in WotLK everyone said its okay for warriors to be obsolete because they get a legendary at the end of the expac… HMMMM.
Also its weird that colossus smash has a PVP modifier when they are among, if not THE, weakest class in PVP. Additionally if CSmash did not have a modifier it still wouldnt even come close to the burst that rogues and casters put out.
Its a product of the meta PVP community in 2010 not wanting outside classes in PVP and warrior started out viable and was nerfed into oblivion. Would be nice to see some of the over-nerfs reverted.
Instead the devs are busy buffing rogues by fixing true-to-client bugs (but they wouldnt with warriors and sudden death in wotlk? 
)
Im watching Dekel, a 3100 player, getting farmed by 2100 priest/rogue in arena. Also looking at private server ladder, its somewhat expected for warriors to be the worst PVP class in the game in cata.
Priest/Rogue is pretty strong into warrior comps in 2v2. Warrior has some viable 3s comps in Cata.
The toxic scripter that only played HPally/Arms the entirety of WotLK?
Has a arms warrior trying to see how cata will be.
Agaisnt a Blood DK all hes attack where hitting for more then mine lol.
5K MS vs 9K death strike
and he has 20k more hp.
This sounds like level 80 prepatch stuff which is irrelevant.

dude streams everything, highest rated warrior shouldnt be losing to challenger players ever lmao. The problem is after 15 minutes he cant kill anything because rogue is S++ and has an overloaded kit and warrior is gutted, long spell reflect cd, NO intercept, weak damage, nerfed C smash, etc.
Every other class got tons of burst, cc, can cast while running, smoke bomb, etc and warrior is somewhat dead in the water. Looks like it can make some progress in 3s but in every situation the warrior is easily replaced by a much stronger class.
Is he still playing with a healer? If he is not playing with a Ret he’s going to have a bad time.
I was able to hit R1 in 2s in original Cata as Ret/War, times have changed for sure but still holds weight. Anyone climbing the leader boards at the time would remember the offensive name the Frost Mage/Fire Mage comp that was sitting at the top for the longest time had.
Saying Arms doesn’t have burst is laughable, he’ll come around once he catches up with the ins and outs of the Cata changes.
Man is playing double healer warrior into top r1 teams playing rmp and rls and almost winning. Stop misinforming everyone. 2s is not a viable way to play the game in cata most comps are basically just 45 minute dampeners higher up.

suuuure, but also what patch in original cata? warrior was fine earlier in cata, it was at the end it was obsolete in pvp
does it have some? some… but not what other classes can do, thats the issue with PVP nerfs. Does ambush, lavaburst, icelance, etc do 20% less dmg to players? no?
Im on stream watching it and looking up opponents on ironforge.pro and seeing he is losing multiple times to rogue/priests that have a record all-time high of 2200. Should never happen but it is because the final patch is NOT a balanced patch.
It was the DS patch and I had normal Guthalak
I watched his vids on twitch and he didn’t seem to have any trouble with Rogue/Priest… even when he was using Bladestorm for damage (LOL), trying to setup kills without full stacks of Lambs of the Slaughter, and using Charge as if he still had Intercept. I don’t think I saw him Slam once either.
If he was truly “getting farmed” by those comps he most likely won’t in the near future
well I watched the stream and bladestorm wasnt doing 5% of people’s hp with absorbs and I didnt see him win any v rogue/priest, not even against the 2200 players lmao. So, I trust what I saw more.
You can try to act like you know more than the persistently highest rated rank 1 warrior through all of wotlk or just accept the fact that warrior is underpowered in this patch.
Or you can accept the fact R1 players aren’t the best immediately when playing a new expansion. R1 players are R1 cause they adapt fast, not instantaneously.
