Just opened my vault today and seem to have had my items glitched and come out at non upgradable 382 gear. I looked for some solutions to this and it seems to be a very well known problem. Any idea on a fix time? Seems like a ton of people are experiencing this bug and getting automated responses along the lines of “oops sorry nothing we can do” instead of fixing it.
