One less slot where you have to farm the raid for your PvP set.
Too bad the PvP vendor on beta is missing haste verse gear

PvP Trinket: I just hope they don’t make trinkets for relentless and adapt.
Vendor: It seems like it was just gear quickly thrown on the vendor to let players start testing it, but then again you have to ask yourself why throw gear with those stats on it? It would have been just as much effort to use gear with more desired stat allocations. Given Blizzards recent history with PvP gearing and the sole purpose of a vendor being to allow PvP players to choose the stats they want it seems like a pretty dumb move to not ensure the gear on the vendor is the gear PvP players want. After all that’s the entire point of it.
all gear on beta right now is vers crit, im pretty sure its placeholders, because there’s 3 weapons of the same type with the same stats
I hope they’re the three other stats with vers.
So Crit/Ver, Haste/Vers, and Mastery/Vers. Would be neat to see!

It would also be neat if there was a verse amp active in PvP so that PvP gear would be best for PvP.
For most people, probably not. You will have different trinkets for different matchups and will be constantly switching them out. So now you are still farming the same number of trinkets, just getting less use out of them because one slot is dedicated to a baseline ability.
