For UH the pve talents I am using work the best for me. Pvp talents there is a lot of room for different combos. The only ones that are a must are Necrotic strike and a bomb. I like running conflict and strife so it frees up a spot for another pvp talent. My favorite combo for general pvp is necrotic aura, abomb, and dark sim.
For traits I would say magus and festermight are your 2 most important. 1 Cankerous wounds is good as well.
For gearing prioritize haste and versatility. I got 2.1 with 420 ilvl and bgs I’m usually top 2 dmg
