They should have mentioned in the guide that if you need help, your ticket will take 3 weeks and then you’ll receive an automated response sending you to their FAQ.

Let me know when you allow cross continent transfers , that whole can’t transfer from eu to oce excuse is getting old . Other games can but the biggest mmorpg on the plannet can’t ?
