One of the main concerns in all these updates, it is a simple question… Why are the legendaries not upgraded higher than 291 level… I mean all gear goes 304/311 but the legendaries staying at 291, which is sus. Legendaries should at least go up to 304/311 so they can actually be consider lengendaries and not just another cosmetic item.
