I could care less about the mount.
The Tabard on the other hand awesome! However I feel if you are going to be giving tabards for TBC from the TCG items I think they should be 2 at a time. So maybe have the Tabard of Frost paired with it?

To be honest or subscriber mounts and store mounts I would rather have them be reskins of already existing mounts in the game.

It can be uniquely glowey? Or sparkly like sparkle pony is compared to Invincible.
But the whole point is the mount is essentially free.
