I have a stupid build, so my rogue version is more like “i follow my prey for 10 minutes before finally catching up with the- nope they’re gone, new pray… I follow my prey for 10 minutes and okay new prey. penance will eventually be outscaled. Yes it will full heal if you have 800 health. I currently have 1400 so no, it does not heal me to full

Its more like start casting a 2.5 second chaos bolt just for your target to get out of range
