Jwl is right, the twinks that pop in and keep linking item comparison charts and stretching out some odd year-old reason for things to stay the same just want to keep facerolling levelers. I popped in queues recently because I’m close to finishing Battlemaster, but I can’t even continue - they’re so painfully unfair and boring. I refuse to do any more games that aren’t twink vs twink wargames, any twink that “respects” their character or bracket or whatever nonsense they come up with should be looking for actual competition if that were actually the case.

Yes it won’t solve levelers using OP specs or niche items (though each recent patch has been nerfing these broken items slowly) but to say it won’t be any better than it is now is totally foolish. Separation isn’t a foolproof solution to balance, but it makes it HEAPS better than it is now.

Proof? I dont use the WOW Forums often. I got on today and saw 3-4 threads about twinking & separate brackets immediately. It is an unpopular opinion amongst twink players, but a very desired one among the overall Warcraft community. It cant really be argued that separate brackets is an idea that most people want. I understand completely why a twink player dislikes the idea. But like I said, you dont have to agree with me.

Plenty of twink players queue both factions. If one side is dominating, just swap over and help the other out. Its not that complex

Yes, as I earlier stated, levelers do pull numbers. Levelers can counter twinks. They REALLY can. I promise you.

I completely respect the ideas he has proposed, but they aren’t overall the best thing for wow PVP. We can talk “balanced gear” all day, but regardless of how balanced the game is, a twinked premade in discord will still have a rigged upper-hand no matter what.

Keep brackets together! If they were never seperated my old toons wouldn’t have had to level out after 3 wins, I could have been doing this to people for years.

I keep hearing that this is the majority opinion but my yers on the forums would also have my believe that removing all cc is the majority opinion.

I believe it and not always for the best reasons either some ppl really do just want to gy farm all day.

True and I at least like that you want to get rid of some of the more annoying types of players that twinking attracts at least.I actually think your heart is in the right place just wanting a tighter feel of community and better quality games though, I am just to pessimistic to think it will work out.

Be careful with what you read on the bg forums its mostly a place to vent about losing there is a reason why blues don’t come here.

Did you miss where I said I have 81 twinks in total? This is just a swag 80 DK with shadowmourne & Herald. If you think I actively play this character, than you’re mistaken.

Of course not. If you had eyeballs you’d see that I’ve acknowledged that. I said I am willing to sacrifice rigged, faceroll games for ones that are actually competitive and enjoyable. It really isnt hard to organize 10v10s.

And no helmet enchant. this account is about 14 months old.

They’re just here to deflect off of any minute thing they can instead of continuing on topic. In other threads people talk about getting “one shot” or globalled, and all the twinks come in saying DetAilS? CaN U GiVE SpECiFiCs? As if they can’t wrap their mind around what items / procs / buffs / classes CAN global people lol. Really ineffective cleanup crew

As I mentioned, it’s great to improve things and the most win/win fix for everybody invokes immense rage from those who need to feed off levelers to gain that feeling of “accomplishment” (lack of a better word). It’s pretty neat to see that even when twinks themselves suggest this, they still get so upset.

There is no “majority opinion” being voiced on any of the forums, let alone the mostly barren wasteland that is the bg forums.

This forum has like the same 12-20 people posting, that by no means is the opinion of a player base, despite what certain egotistical posters would have you believe is some hidden “consensus”.

Blizzard will make some decision regardless of anything that is said here. I never heard a person ask for templates throughout my years on these forums from cata-wod, and yet there they were in legion.

People cried for vendors (overwhelmingly) and blizzard responded with a “we think you’re too stupid to choose your own gear so here’s something even dumber”.

This company does not like to admit they’re wrong within an expansion let alone at all.

If anything is done about xp-on vs xp-off it won’t be done until 9.0 at the earliest.

Besides, queues are dying throughout the brackets anyway as this game dwindles away it’s success.

Either way, anyone claiming some majority opinion (or mystery “consensus”) is just trying to sway some bias behind their argument.

There is no majority of player opinions on any of the forums, and this one is about as dead as most dead server forums.

such is the mindset of current BfA twinks who farm levelers to judge “best twinks” by helmet enchants lol. really sad tbh and extremely embarrassing.
