does this also apply to random 120s ganking lower levels in the world with warmode on? because the ebst lvling method right now is herbing minning as alliance with warmode on. horde ganking me is an unwinable fight I want them sharding into a new zone so I can level without and danger ty.

I don’t think that’s quite the same. Warmode is toggleable.

queing bgs is also a choice you are not forced into leveling through it. bgs are also not the fastest leveling method either herbing and minning with warmode on is.

Why should I get killed then camped by 120s for trying to level at maximum efficiency? Where is the outcry? I am being preyed upon after all.

they are not different both involve pvp actions being undertaken and both are supposedly impossible for me the level to win against.

sure, then why do they allow us into the battlegrounds at the early level. Are you saying blizzard as a company promotes the practice of bullying and farming of new players? Well I guess I think they do, I answered my own question there. When a player, or toon, enters a battleground, they do not have the talent points of the upper level, they do not have the honor points of the upper level and mostly they do not have the skill of the upper level. Fine, if you do not want players like this to enter the battleground then lets not let them cue. Lets just not let them learn about pvp. Lets just let them go to max level and then join, because you know they prob know whats going on then. really? WTF. I am just gonna not type anymore on this post as I have a bunch to say but you pansies would prob report me.

I get at least a half level to a level for winning a battleground, and about 4 or 5 bars per loss. Its way better than questing. Which I have done repeatedly over the last 14 years.

Yeah, you assume ( you know what they say about assuming things ) the intent is to demoralize new players. PvP makes up a small percentage of the playerbase, random BGs make up an even smaller percentage and new players are pretty scarce ( in my experience, based on gear ). I’m sure there are a handful of twinks with a terrible mindset - I’ve seen 'em too - but the majority of them ( again, in my experience ) have honestly just enjoyed the community and playstyle of X bracket.

Pretty sure most of us aren’t new here. I started ‘twinking’ back during classic when I got insta-gibbed by a PoM+Pyro Mage. I stopped twinking after Cata ( as you can tell by my lack of MoP gear on this toon :frowning: ) but I still enjoy playing against twinks ( not premades, who enjoys fighting against premades at any level?! ). Keeps me on my toes and definitely makes me a better player, most levelers are terrible and whether I were to twink or not just get steamrolled.

Every post in here is pure opinion. My experience is different than yours, is different than Lastarria’s and is different than that guy that started playing yesterday. Everyone has crap games, everyone has great games and nobody can give any real numbers/statistics aside from Blizzard. So this whole tired argument of twinks ruining X or running rampant is silly. Literally nobody here can provide anything to back that up outside of personal opinions and experiences.

ok, how do you feel new players feel when they are getting groundpounded in the gy. Do you think they like it? Do you think they think its fun and balanced? What is your opinion on how they feel. Put yourself in there shoes and try to be honest.

Twinking is not new and doesn’t hurt the game imo. The amount of unsubs over them is exaggerated I’m sure. Complaining the 12m down to 3m is over low level Bgs? Come on now.

It is a part of it for sure. As a non twink yourself, and if you where brand new to the game, would you like getting gy stomped? Would that make you feel good?

you need to play more, in the time you are leveling 1 char I have surpassed you at least 4 fold. According to you that makes my testimony better, because I am leveling more toons.

Nobody likes being shutout in the GY. It happens now and it happened 14 years ago when I started playing. You think removing twinks is going to change that?

What did I do wrong? I am using crafted items and some drops I received from leveling.
Surviving in the most treacherous bracket in WoW is indeed tough, Mages and Boomys melt me. :sweat_smile:
But! even without Sap (lvl12) and other abilities this character has been contributing to our teams wins. Decent damage while filling objectives, peels for healers.
It is a challenge.
Should I stop leveling through? what is wrong?
