PVP damage scaling (its to much to think about.)

Blizzard, maybe I’m old school but I want to feel like every ilvl I have in PVP matters. I want to feel like the gear I put effort into matters.

My weekly PVP chest is rewarding better gear, but then I go into an arena and my damage or healing is being reduced by 10-15% (comparing in-game to logs) and I take more dmg.

So, then I put on my old 460s and 465s and my damage improves and I take less damage then wearing the 475s.

Then I want to apply a socket but wait, that also effects pvp scaling. Sooo… now I need to collect pieces without sockets for PVP.

This system isn’t logical.

I know PVPers use to complain about raiders pvping in their high ilvl gear and that’s why we have this scaling system exists. But if pvp’ers are basically getting heroic and mythic raid quality gear now why do we even have it?

I want to feel like I’m advancing my character in PVP and every ilvl I gain makes me stronger.

Please remove PVP scaling for max level 120 players, soon to be level 60 in shadow lands. Thank you! I beg you blizzard!
