There would virtually be no difference since nobody talks anymore and people will ban you from a group finder dungeon for watching the dungeon cinematic instead of steamrolling blindly through the mobs so you can finish your timewalking weekly as quickly as humanly possible.

And the only example you use to justify your ludicrous claim is a random group finder group…
