Hi my friends say higher m+ is really difficult to gear for without raiding. Is this true? Will I be capped in M+ eventually if I don’t raid? Or will it just be slower to gear?
I haven’t found that to be the case.
It’s true that if you fall behind on the “ilevel curve”, people are less likely to invite you to groups. If you run into this issue, try putting together teams using your own keys.
Well I’m not worried about being invited. I have friends and I’m also a healer. I’m worried about being able to get geared up so I can heal them in higher m+.
So raid gear isn’t necessary to do higher keys?
Nah, just get Champion/Hero drops out of the M+ dungeons, and upgrade those, and you’ll be just fine. Some of the raid trinkets are interesting though, there’s only 1 out of all the M+ dungeons I like for healing.
