LOL@thinking anything that exists in wow requires any semblance of mechanical skill.
This game might as well be candy crush compared to real competitive games but yea you pvpers keep thinking your better than pvers because of “skill”.

What if I told you that both types of content are challenging in different ways and take great degrees of skill to master?
Clearing through a normal raid is no more impressive than beating an arena team 300 points lower than you.
Clearing a Mythic raid is just as impressive as being 2100+
Both take great displays of class mastery and player skill. Support each other, damn.
Doesn’t change the fact that mythic + have infinite scaling making 1 level below undoable the hardest thing in the game
