[PVE] <Elixir> Recruiting rogue & DH for heroic (AOTC every tier) raid team!

For the remainder of 10.2, we’re looking to recruit one more rogue and demon hunter!

Hello! And welcome to Elixir!

Elixir does not tolerate bigotry of any kind—any form of racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, religious prejudice, or hate and discriminatory speech will result in immediate removal from the guild. Frankly, if you think making “edgy” jokes regarding any of the above is funny, this isn’t the guild for you.

Since starting our raid team at the beginning of Shadowlands, we’ve grown a solid core of raiders who have consistently stuck around to achieve AOTC each tier. Our team consists of everyone from AOTC/Cutting edge-experienced raiders, to those who are raiding for the very first time. All we ask is that everyone maintain a relaxed and fun-focused raid environment, do their best, and respect the time everyone is putting to gear/learn each tier.

Raid Team Information

Days: Wednesday & Thursday from
9PM to 12AM EST / 6PM to 9PM PST

Each tier we operate on a 10-12 week raid schedule to combat burnout around our raiders. With DF smaller patches adding more content, if a .5 or .7 patch fall outside this window, we’ll start raiding again for a week or two during those releases so folks can try the new content if there is desire to.

Recruitment Needs

We are looking to complete our fairly full team with another demon hunter and rogue.

M+ Information

Many of our members are also seeking to push M+ each season. M+ runners of all skill levels are welcome to join.
Many of us have the goal of achieving KSM/KSH each season, and we’re looking to grow an active and consistent M+ community.

We have a need for players who can DPS in raid, and are comfortable rolling as a tank/healer offspec in M+. We have an extreme need for more M+ tanks for 15-20 keys.

We’re now 7/8H and working on H Rasz! Our prog point is cleaning up the first intermission so we can really make prog in P2.

Bumping to highlight that we are now recruiting for 10.1! Looking for DPS and Tanks for our AOTC team, as well as those interested in M+.

Starting with 10.0, we created a 10-12 week raid commitment, so that we could prevent ourselves from burning out. This got a lot of positive feedback from our team, since most of us aren’t looking to raid each week for the next 5-6 months.

Our schedule for 10.1 is as follows:

  • Normal for the first two weeks
  • Followed by eight (8) weeks of heroic (with maybe the first two mythic bosses)

We’ve now cleared normal Aberrus! We’re recruiting DPS, with a priority for warlocks, evokers, a WW, and rogue.

We are now 5/9 heroic! Next week will be the first week we spend both nights in heroic (we recleared normal night #1 this week).

We are actively recruiting warlocks, hunters, and monks to fill out the raid team.

We are actively looking to trial a new tank, as well as a warlock, demon hunter, monk, and any other ranged DPS.

Additionally, we’re recruiting any dps looking to join a heroic team that achieves AOTC each tier. Only class we are full on is paladin.

We are looking to trial a permanent tank to join our team, as well as predominantly ranged DPS. Specific classes/specs we are prioritizing are:

  • Demon hunter
  • Hunter
  • Warlock

All other DPS will be considered, especially those who are comfortable flexing tank/healer for M+. The only classes we are full on are Paladin, Warrior, and DK.

Bump! After two (shortened) weeks of raid with the holiday, we’re now 9/9N and 4/9H.

We’re recruiting another demon hunter and rogue. All other classes can be considered if our team opens up additional slots.
