If Blizzard wanted people to maintain same progression, they could just whack bosses with the nerf bat more or raise the raid buff.

The game has not gotten harder. It has actually gotten easier. and i have never played classic in any of its forms

Not correct, more accessible doesn’t mean easier. The game requires a lot less time and grinding than it used to but the hard content is considerably harder than the hardest content in classic.

Designing anything around reducing Mythic sales isn’t a good argument either.
There are generally 1500+ cutting edge guilds every season, and only about 100 of those will ever sell a run.
The reality is people are only bringing up boosters as some weird manipulative tactic to try and guilt Blizzard into folding.

This isn’t an accurate comparison though. As the season progresses keys keep going up. M+ difficulty increases throughout the season while mythic raid difficulty gets easier. Even PVP difficulty stays roughly the same as people gear up. Only raids get easier.

True, they shouldn’t design around reducing mythic sales, but in its current form, it’s fine as is, just wouldn’t be BLP for mythic raiders, only guilds who already have those on farm.
It’s an added incentive to raid because people are gear driven, to the least rewarding content pillar.
Nothing forces people to move beyond 10s.

They have been over inflating the number of mythic sales in their head over the course of the past two days.
It’s almost like they think they are as common as aotc and vault tens are.
I am so happy you will gifted CE this turbo season. Too bad you weren’t good enough to get it during the season. people like you are why i will never mythic raid. If you could only get 20 actual humans to do it i would be all in. I hope that put an asterisk on the CE like “I wasn’t good enough to get this done during the season by blizz gifted it to me anyway”
You will never raid because Blizzard makes content easier over time, all content? Why single mythic raid out?
You would 100% crumple and rage quit the second time your raid leader called you out for eating a Mug’zee mine or doing low damage.

Atm mythic sales are low only a few guilds like Liquid, echo, method and a few others are actually selling carry boosts atm but in 2 weeks when this goes live the top 100 - 150 CE guilds will be selling those Mythic Carry boosts as well as the booster communities. So yes the mythic sales will be higher than in previous seasons or xpacs.

Demand may skyrocket, but supply should be roughly stagnant.
Agreed, i enjoy raiding with the same people i have for 15-20 years, we let anyone that wants to raid come and just have a good time. I have no interest in putting up with that
