OP doesn’t know what’s going on, when tools exist already to solve their problem.
Don’t bring me into your argument, please. I know perfectly well it’s in game, and how to get it. My reasoning for it, and other things, getting moved to the store or as trading post rewards, is because of the effort involved in getting them now that they’re outdated content. And, don’t make assumptions about people just because you disagree with them. That’s not cool. I’d stand by my opinion even if I manage to get it eventually the normal way.

People so whimsically decide what they want to bypass when they use that phrase. If you’re gonna go down that route then everything non-current should be on the trading post. And at that point good luck seeing anything you may have wanted. Because you just increased the item pool several fold.
Level more alts to 60 and talk with npcs to unlock world quests. It’s not hard.

The mount drops from the boss itself, not being able to do the world quest means nothing for the mount.
The only thing the world quest gives is easier listing/finding groups for it.

Yes, but unless the quest is up for you, the boss won’t drop it at all. Period.
The Springfur Alpaca is not too far off the color of Mollie, and can be reliably earned doing circles of Uldum once a day for a week.
If you want Mollie specifically, it’s unlikely blizzard will make any changes to where and how often she drops. Sorry!

it’s part of the bosses loot table.
the quest will be active for anyone of the appropriate level… it has nothing to do with having world quests enabled.

you should be able to solo that at 70 - not everything that takes a bit of waiting or effort should go in the trading post. There are 3 of those available - go get the one you have to feed if you don’t want to wait.

the proper solution is to make the mount obtainable in a reasonable amount of time. not to sell the solution they made a problem out of. your suggestion is the reason games are in a mess right now.
Well, that’s strange, because I killed him like twenty times yesterday on my level 70 Demon Hunter and he didn’t drop anything at all. Not even junk. However, one guy who killed it with me once, who was doing the WQ got the fur. Maybe something has changed since that was posted?
or just kill the boss with a bunch of level 50 alts
it’s 1 kill per week per character for loot, so murdering it 20 with the same character won’t get u anything the other 19 tries
