There is nothing the game can do to punish people. Even if they did make some restrictions before you can leave a group they will be very minor and honestly all the person had to do is log off and no matter what they cannot be penalized for that cause internet issues and !@#$ happens. Also if you get punished for leaving a dungeon all someone has to do is boot a person and now he gets a deserter debuff for no reason
