If people are speaking a language you don’t understand, the most effective thing to do is to right click + ignore. This is a version of the game where people need to be able to communicate, in order to play effectively. You can moan about people speaking the wrong language, but all that does is add to the noise. When you right click + ignore, the problem goes away very effectively.
