PTR - Joining the Alliance

this quest cannot be completed on the PTR due to the absence of the person you’re meant to turn it in to. This is really a gamebreaking bug as any Pandaren who wants to join the Alliance is forced to do Exile’s Reach as opposed to their own starting zone. If you don’t consider this an urgent bug to fix WoW Devs then I don’t know what is

I just started playing WOW and picked the Pandaren, but I cannot finish the quest because the person that you need to talk to is not there. Im not sure what to do.

Just wanting to add that this is still a problem. Cannot complete “Joining the Alliance” quest because Anduin is not there to turn in the quest.

It’s still a problem. I can join the new storyline but I can’t complete the old.

I havae done this quest two times now and the person I need to talk to is not there. Will this ever be fixed or am I just out of luck. I like my Pandarian but not if I cant join the alliance
