First this isn’t the PTR it is the Alpha which is the initial build . In a matter of time the Beta will come out and more people will get to do it followed by the PTR which anyone can try out and any one means anyone because there is not an invite.
All you need for the PTR is the ptr client (Down loaded ptr version of the game).
