Yeah and Iâm saying itâs clear when they got their âRPGâ back into PvP theyâre still crying. Therefore thatâs not a valid reason to not have templates.
You canât win those kinds of players over, theyâre not the type that are in for the long haul with WoW, theyâre the types that come for the new shiny content then take a break until the next expansion.
You donât have to be a R1 to understand pvp⌠By your logic the very people balancing pvp shouldnât be allowed anywhere near pvp.
Whether or not you are considered good by certain groups does not change whether or not you are having fun. It appears that the majority of complaints are based on the concept that it is ânot funâ to be one to two shot in PvP. If that is the opinion of the majority of the player base it might be a good idea to listen to them and adjust necessarily to avoid a massive loss in player base. Does it mean nerfing this or that? -No. Does it mean changing everything back to dampening games? -No. It means you have a problem that is ruining the fun of a very large portion of the player base and needs to be addressed accordingly. Balance should be dynamic and should adjust as the game does. Maybe tone certain things now and boost them back up later.
Are they also stronger and better looking irl?

I actually think they believe that. They believe they are overall better human beings because they are good at WoW PvP.
It goes beyond that, because they are able to invest way more time into farming thousands of matches to farm said rating they are supreme gods and no one else is even allowed to post messages on these forums. How dare we have an opinion. How dare we.
What I dont understand, is why they believe they are somehow more capable of balancing the game.
Does anyone watch top LoL streamers? They are comparitively better at their game than anyone posting here is at WoW. There is more talent there, more players, and more of a gap in skill. Yet, no one in their right mind would say TFBlade or Hashinshin are more capable of balancing the game. Yet, comparitively, they are vastly superior to their own playerbase as these guys are to WoW.
So, I really hate this argument that since they are X rating, they know better and know what the game needs. No, they know what THEY need. They dont care about the game, nor its balance. They care about either what they enjoy, or what they believe can separate them from the pack, just like listening to TFBlade talk about Top lane balance or champs.
I just really dislike this idea that these guys are somehow not bias, smarter, and more capable of balancing the game when there are examples out there of people in vastly better games, with comparitively more skill in their own game, that have horrendous takes on balance.

This actually makes a great point, the Gladiators and Challengers only know what they want out of balancing, they have been so out of touch with what the actual player base wants they canât formulate a fair argument for balancing things their way, they then result to attacking our ratings alone. Then when someone does earn said rating and still do not agree with them they result into accusing them of not earning their rating through some sort of balance issues, buying said account, or rely on flaming their class. Their opinion is the only thing that matters and we should all bow down to them and know our place. Lmao
