The MSUF author has talked with the Unhalted author and was given permission for imports of your Unhalted profiles.

They’re all lacking something and playing catchup with features that I expected coming out of Pitbull & SUF’s demise.
MSUF can’t show power text, which is critical for bosses that routinely do something important at full energy. Also cannot show unit type, so can’t tell if something is a humanoid or aberration or mechanical.
Ellesmere doesn’t work when ArcUI & IceHUD are also present, and I am not giving those up. Also can’t show unit type.
T-Perl is a blast from the past [derogatory], archaic as hell and lacking a bunch of the customization I want.
Focal Point is too new to be complete though it has stuff the others are missing. Absorb bars act weird though, and can’t change some settings like the indicator for when target is in combat to make that big & obvious.
… you sure? There are both target and boss frames. Almost 100% positive they can.
Mapko either just added that or it’s incoming. I can’t remember which.
The 12.1 version will have massive changes and updates, because Blizz finally allowed more of the API free.

Ah crap you’re right! Completely missed that buried in the options. That’s good, I hate boss frames and only use them when tab-targeting doesn’t work.
I did see on the Curse comments that unit type is on the to-do list for MSUF, it’s minor so not pulling hair out waiting for that.
I guess I’m mostly salty about the general state of addons since nothing is mature. It’s good that basically everything is in active development or that project wouldn’t exist at all, but there are a million little options that they all have to duplicate effort in re-implementing. Some will have all-star level features but be missing something else that’s just a dealbreaker.
Ellesmere’s default text does suck but it has a fantastic castbar. Can color based on whether your standard interrupt is available, and it shows exactly when in the cast you’ll be able to get it. Huge for calling out when you’ve got next or not.

Yeah, Mapko goes over a lot of incoming updates in his Discord. Really nice guy, too. 
Well, if you want… SUF does still exist. Latest release is June 16th. I haven’t tested it in a while, though. And I got too used to MSUF’s interrupt alert on the castbar that I can’t live without it now. lol
