It’s not removed. It’s tied to the static flying toggle, because that’s how the coding was implemented for those riding/swim/flying speeds.
This pet can’t do anything of value. And it’s not a repair vendor. So there’s no reason for it to not be a vendor.

I don’t understand why you would buy a pet for vendor capability when there are several mounts that exist.
How often do you NEED a vendor indoors away from a settlement?
If you need repairs, they have something for that too that blacksmiths or engineers I forget which can make.
They probably removed it because other non-battle pets with vendor capabilities have long cooldowns.
Buy the ore crates until the price of Bismuth tanks. Then buy the pets.
I was gonna get it…something on wowhead never did get corrected and still showed it had the repair and vendor.
