casual /= lazy. I would let LFR stay but I wouldn’t allow actual good gear drop from it. That is the issue I have. LFR was implemented to let everyone see the story as they pay their monthly sub and thus have the right to that. They however don’t have the right to good gear. They should have to work for good gear.
A casual can very much be a heroic or mythic raider.
