I am NOT in combat and Prowl is not working in Cat form…known issue?
I was in IMBU specifically and when I went back to Val the button stopped being greyed out and I can now Prowl, but something is up with that area.

can confirm, i was just at imbu and wouldnt let me prowl, logged off, logged back in, problem persisted, moved outside of imbu and the ability was available again
Same for me. While in Imbu prowl gives the error “You can’t do that yet”. Leaving the area fixes it.
