Why would this be bad for the game? Well to be fair I don’t know if it would but I have my doubts. I am assuming as soon as you have access to a full premade AV then every casual player instantly is locked out of that content as the majority of premades will consist of try hrd guilds and top rankers with even more stringent gear restrictions. But that’s just how I anticipate the min/max crowd reacting…

The same could be said for PVE raids. Grouping with friends and guildies is not discouraged for PVE, it should not be discouraged for PVP. This is supposed to be a social game.
