It actually doesn’t. It works out that you will basically alternate between Empowered and normal Consecrations if you’re regularly hitting Judgment.
As I stated before, yes, your damage will increase inside the Empowered Consecration, but it’s not really a burst window. We don’t have any burst damage outside of maybe Divine Toll, but we’re typically using that for initial threat/corralling caster packs, and then whenever it’s up.
So, we don’t have anything to hold for burst, and even if we did, the Empowered Consecrations occur so frequently that it wouldn’t make much sense to do so.
As for trying not to overwrite your Empowered Consecration, there’s not really much you can do about that; you gotta move when you gotta move. If you’re forced out of it you’re either recasting it immediately because it’s just that much DR, or you’re kiting anyway.
Overall, it’s a nice passive damage buff, but because of everything I’ve said above it doesn’t actually change our gameplay.
S1 is so bad…so cringe that we don’t just get to pick whatever we want. All you streamer influencers just stay on your M+ 13 keys.

6% vers was a BUFF compared to what it was in S1. In S1 it was 5% for 10s and 4% parry for the 4p. That got BUFFED to 6% and 5%, with only the loss of 2sec on the buff.
So… no… it won’t get reverted back to its WEAKER form, as the bonus isn’t actually nearly as strong as it needs to be.
Most set bonuses provide between 8-15% increased damage, with 5-10% DR for tanks. It varies a bit, but this isa general range.
This set bonus provides less than 6% damage and 8% DR (5% of it in parry). It does buff another person, but that isn’t that useful for the tank himself.
To make this set bonus work well, they should increase the Vers amount to 10%.
