Make a talent that makes shadow dance one charge on a one minute cd and doesn’t get recharged by using combo points (pre legion style)
Allow for the low damage outside of shadowdance but insane damage during it like old times. Every set up should make the other team pop cds. Outside of a good set up though ud need to be running
This is the sub rogue I want back.
Also give me hemp and rupture back along with poisons and utility thx (this won’t happen tho)
