There’s also a quest in Desolace where you can sacrifice the “flesh of the enemies of Elune” to a statue in exchange for a buff.
You can only sacrifice Satyrs for that quest, but I guess Orcs can now be considered “enemies of Elune” as well lol

You want to talk about an abusive deity? Look at R’hllor; The Lord of Light from Game of Thrones. (Spoilers ahead) One of his priestess tells Beric Dondarrion that R’hllor says he has a a huge part to play in the war for the Dawn (Basically GoT’s version of Ragnarok). He gets resurrected from the dead seven times until the War for the Dawn finally begins. During the war, he proceeds to get cut down by Ice Zombies so that the person that will eventually kill the Night King escapes.
