Problems with G-99 Breakneck

So… I posted over in Customer Support and they suggested I try over here.

Basically, I can’t use my car…

I have followed the instructions on this page

I also took the X where the car used to be off my bars as someone suggested I do that and try dragging the special action icon back onto my bars when I went into Undermine. Well, it didn’t pop up.

I have no addons. I have no button.

I try typing /cast G-99 Breakneck

It shows all my abilities going on CD for 1.5 sec (or however long it is) but it doesn’t do anything else.

I’m actually pretty upset about this. Does anyone know anything I can do to fix this?

If you completed the questline to unlock the car, all I can recommend is opening a ticket to ask the GMs if you have a hidden buff preventing you from using the ability. Maybe you’re stuck in a phase in Undermine, or something like that.

You may also want to ask in Quests since tech support’s focuses are client crashes or installation issues.

Yes. I’ve absolutely completed this quest.

I have had the car, and even run around Undeemine on it quite a bit. It isn’t that it never worked. It stopped working.
