After Tuesday’s shutdown, there was an update. After the update, my computer rebooted itself while I was in game playing. This happened several times.
Wed I did a scan and repair on wow.
By Thursday, I can log into the Battlenet client, but when I log into wow, I see the TWW screen loading, and poof. The computer reboots itself.
On TH I did download an update to my Geforce video card. Otherwise the computer is updated with Win 11 etc.
Just now, I tried logging to Diablo IV for the heck of it. (That had a big update on Tuesday.) The exact same thing happened when I tried to log in: my computer rebooted itself.
I need some guidance how to proceed.
Well I believe the problem is solved.
I followed the directions in another thread and reset the WoW User Interface.
I was able to log in.
Update. Oct 4
The negative: computer keeps rebooting itself while I am wow. It seems to happen when I am in flight. I took a flight from Dornegal to the ringing depths. Twice it rebooted and kicked me out of the game. Took forever to finally get to my destination.
I am stumped why this began happening on Tuesday after the shut down.
